Chairman of the Board of Eterna Invest AB. Fredrik was CEO of Nobia between 1995 and 2008 and currently chairs the boards of Zacco, Dometic Group, Transcom Worldwide, KonfiDents, Ideal of Sweden and the ICC World Council, in addition to serving as a board member of Securitas. He has previously chaired the boards of Byggmax, Dustin, Granngården, Munksjö and Sanitec, and served on the board of Cramo.

Partner and co-founder of Eterna Invest AB. Peder has worked with investments in growth companies since 1997, previously as Partner and Investment Director at InnovationsKapital. He is a board member of Hissen and chairman of Supersports, and has previously chaired the board of Progrits and served on the board of Zacco. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Gothenburg University.

Susanna has been with the Group since 2016 in various management positions, and served as CEO of Scienta Scientific and Managing Director of Scienta Omicron from March 2024 to April 2026. She holds a master's degree in chemical engineering and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Uppsala University.

Board member of Scienta Scientific since October 2025. Joakim is Senior Investment Director at Kallskär AB, a private investment company. He previously worked as Investment Director at Summa Equity, a Nordic private equity firm, and as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. He holds an MSc from the University of Oxford and a BBA from the University of San Diego.

Board member of Scienta Scientific since April 2026. Carl was CEO of Habia, a specialty cable manufacturer, from 2011 until March 2026, and remains a member of Habia's advisory board. He has also worked as a CFO, business development manager and management consultant. He holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Tobias has been with the Group since 2017, and served as Managing Director of Scienta Envinet from March 2024 to 2026. He holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and brings over 20 years of experience from the international high-technology sector.

Lovisa Lewenhaupt is responsible for Operations & People at Scienta Scientific, a role she has held since April 2026, having joined the Group in 2025 as Director of Business Development. She previously worked at IVC Evidensia, a pan-European veterinary services group backed by the private equity investor EQT, most recently leading one of the group's global business areas. Earlier in her career she held commercial and management roles at Oriflame Cosmetics and PwC Sweden.

Lars Bengtsson is Interim CFO of Scienta Scientific, a role he has held since May 2026. He brings extensive experience as an interim finance leader across sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals, logistics and industrial manufacturing, with previous CFO and finance management assignments at companies such as Preem, Fresenius Kabi, Convini, Nynas and Alfa Laval. Earlier in his career he held finance and controller roles at TIDOMAT and ABB.

Phil Pickering is Managing Director of Scienta Envinet, a role he has held since September 2026. He joined the Group in 2022 as Business Development Manager for Global Distribution before becoming Global Sales Director of Scienta Omicron, leading its worldwide sales and marketing organisation. He brings over two decades of international sales leadership from Oxford Instruments and Omicron Nanotechnology, including roles as Head of Sales for Europe and North America and Sales & Service Director for Nanoscience.
